Band Merch Store Policies
Thank you for supporting our music! Please review our store policies below before placing an order. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms.
 
1. No Returns or Exchanges (Print-on-Demand Policy)
All of our merchandise is custom-printed to order through our printing partner. Because we do not keep a physical warehouse of pre-printed inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
  • Size Chart Notice: Please carefully review the sizing chart provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
 
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we will absolutely make it right! If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you received the wrong product/size entirely, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • How to claim: Email us at dougmartens@syntaxband.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost. Do not mail items back to us without contacting us first.
 
3. Order Cancellations and Changes
Because our system is fully automated to ensure fast delivery, orders are pushed into production almost immediately after checkout.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
  • Please double-check your shipping address, item sizes, and quantities before completing your payment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
 
4. Shipping and Lost Packages
Fulfillment (printing and packing) typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by standard transit times. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.
  • Stolen/Missing Packages: If your tracking number states that the package was "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) directly. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
  • Unclaimed/Wrong Address: If a package is returned to our printing facility due to an invalid address or because it went unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to your correct address.
 
5. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
We take fraudulent behavior and malicious ordering very seriously.
  • Any chargeback or payment dispute filed maliciously or without contacting our support team first will result in a permanent ban from our store and future ticket/merch sales.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order that triggers our automated fraud detection system.
